What You’ll Be Doing

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including bathrooms, floors, walls, and all surfaces using proper cleaning tools and agents.
• Made beds, replaced linens, and ensured all bedding met cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenished towels, amenities, and supplies according to hotel brand standards.
• Vacuumed carpets, dusted furniture, cleaned mirrors and glass surfaces, and sanitized high-touch areas.
• Stocked and organized housekeeping carts and ensured readiness for daily operations.
• Greeted guests courteously and responded promptly to requests with professionalism and warmth.
• Reported any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management immediately.
• Followed all hotel safety, sanitation, and security policies, including proper handling of chemicals and lost-and-found procedures.
• Supported team members as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What Is Required

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; hotel experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
