About the role

The Junto is a modern‑day embodiment of Ben Franklin’s club for mutual improvement, offering a public gathering space where visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists can exchange ideas and inspire one another. As a member of the house team, you will help ensure a memorable and comfortable experience for guests during their stay, maintaining clean, stocked, and inviting guestrooms.

Responsibilities

• Properly remove trash and dirty linens from guestrooms
• Use cleaning chemicals to clean and sanitize each guestroom
• Replenish all supplies and amenities to standard
• Vacuum carpets and clean hard flooring to standard
• Deliver or retrieve requested items for guests
• Ensure guestrooms are secured
• Adhere to the lost‑and‑found policy for guest items left behind
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of linen closets
