Room Attendant

About the role

Room Attendants take daily ownership of the Housekeeping Department and execute its operations. You will interact with guests and collaborate with the Housekeeping team to service guest rooms efficiently. Teamwork and the ability to perform daily tasks are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
