Responsibilities
- Cleaning and arranging guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas of the hotel
- Performing laundry duties as necessary
- Stocking and maintaining housekeeping supply rooms
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is performed at all times
- Aiding guests with requests and questions as necessary
- Reporting any damages or repairs needed to management
- Reporting all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
