Room Attendant
Summary of position
The primary purpose of this position is to provide cleaning services such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, washing walls, windows and mirrors, etc. in designated areas of the hotel. When assigned to guestrooms, replaces linens, replenishes amenities, makes beds, and responds to guests special requests. Also, communicate with guests to respond to special requests and complaints.
Qualifications
- Sundays are required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED;
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
