About the role
Hilton Columbia Center is seeking a Room Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create Clean, Fresh Spaces: Transform guest rooms into inviting accommodations ensuring impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
- Create Comfort: Prepare beds by changing linens and remaking them with care ensuring guests experience a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
- Provide Service Excellence: Anticipate guests' needs by replenishing amenities and responding to requests with urgency.
- Create Immaculate Bathrooms: Polish and refresh showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom amenities to ensure a pristine and rejuvenating experience.
- Ensure Guest Safety and Well Being: Inspect rooms for safety hazards and report issues to maintenance.
Requirements
- Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
- Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in work.
- Able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and navigate various departments of the organization's premises.
