Room Attendant

About the Role

The Room Attendant/Housekeeping Host plays a key role in delivering the Hyatt Place experience by maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests. This position contributes to the hotel's high standards of guest service and teamwork, offering welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service to create a "larger than home" experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned.
• Provide welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service to guests.

• Interact with guests in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.

Requirements

• Prior cleaning experience required.
• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Strong command of the English language (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment with guest interaction.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
