What You’ll Do as Room Attendant Guest Room Excellence: Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities. Turn Down Service: Provide additional room refreshment and turn-down service as needed. Guest Service: Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings with other staff members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
