How I Can Create Guests For Life

• Maintaining a clean and sanitary area
• Thoroughly clean using cleaning agents and equipment
• Making beds and changing linens
• Vacuuming and cleaning carpets and rugs
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures
• Cleaning and stocking bathrooms with fresh supplies
• Restocking housekeeping carts and maintain cleanliness of closets and storage areas
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary guest room environment
• Follow cleanliness and quality expectations as given by Supervisor
• Respond to guest questions/requests. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested
• Ensure guest privacy and security
• Report any maintenance issues and lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Supporting the team with additional tasks and duties as assigned

• Attend training classes as provided and attend store meetings as scheduled
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
