ROOFING TECHNICIAN

About the role

Your day-to-day will include a mix of installations, repairs, and working with a solid crew to deliver great roofing service.

• Install roofing systems for homes and commercial buildings
• Repair or replace damaged shingles, flashing, or underlayment
• Inspect roofs for leaks, storm damage, or aging issues
• Use tools like nail guns, hand tools, and safety gear
• Follow safety guidelines (harnesses, OSHA standards)
• Work closely with your crew and crew lead on each job

Requirements

Here’s what makes you a great fit for the role:

• At least 1 year of hands-on roofing experience
• Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions
• Able to work well in a team and take direction
• Solid work ethic and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a big plus
• Bilingual is a bonus, but not required
