Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform professional-quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner while treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all roof systems (B.U.R, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal Roof, etc.).
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of company-issued equipment, including vehicles, power tools, phones, and hand tools.
• Maintain trucks to ensure they are always stocked and cleaned inside and out.
• Utilize industry-standard, manufacturer-approved repair techniques.
• Complete daily assignments promptly with proper documentation.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, including OSHA, State, and Federal regulations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing service technician experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and agility tests.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Ability to lift 100+ lbs.
• Ability to withstand extreme weather conditions and high temperatures.
• Capable of bending, kneeling, and working on knees for extended periods.
• Ability to pass a government background check per project requirements.
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
