Responsibilities

• Locate leaks and perform professional quality roof repairs in a safe and timely manner, while treating customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect.
• Complete defined scope projects and preventative maintenance activities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of all roof systems (B.U.R, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO/PVC Membranes, Tile, Shingles, Coating, Metal Roof etc.).
• Assist in the operation and maintenance of all company-issued equipment such as: vehicles, power tools, phones, hand tools, etc.
• Maintain trucks to ensure they are always stocked and cleaned inside and out.
• Utilize industry standard manufacturer-approved repair techniques.
• Complete daily assignments in a timely manner with proper paperwork.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years commercial roofing service technician experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests.
• Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60 ft tall.
• Ability to lift 100 LBS or more.
• Successful Background Check.
• Ability to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures.
• Capable of bending over most of the day and working on knees excessively throughout the day.
• Able to pass a government background check per project requirements.
• Knowledge of basic roofing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Full time onsite.
• Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, State, and Federal regulations.
