Roofing Service Sales Representative

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in Milwaukee, WI. This role is ideal for a self-starter with energy to develop estimates and grow business in a fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing environment. Typical earnings for this territory (base + commission) exceed $100k.

About the role

• Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Schedule customer office visits as needed and prepare progress reports for management
• Visit client facilities, build business relationships, and present CentiMark’s services
• Attend and represent CentiMark at marketing functions and events, coordinating with the local team and Regional Area Marketer

Requirements

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Proven ability to grow market share
• Strong mathematics and computer skills
• Excellent organizational and sales tracking abilities
• Strong time management and follow-up skills
