Roofing Service Sales Representative

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor with 100 offices and over 3,500 employees. Each office has dedicated crews for the installation and service of all major commercial roof systems, who are highly trained and experienced with a focus on safety.

About the role

We are looking for a self-starter and energetic Service Sales Representative to develop estimates and grow our business in our Western Massachusetts & Vermont territory. This is a full-time position supporting our Sales Teams in a fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial company.

Responsibilities

• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, and cold calling
• Marketing efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects
• Scheduling subsequent customer office visits as needed
• Preparing various progress reports to management
• Visiting client facilities, building business relationships, and presenting information about CentiMark Corporation

Requirements

• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required
• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience is preferred
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
• Experience in growing market share
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve
• Strong mathematics and computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities
• Excellent time management and follow-up skills

Pay

Year-end compensation (Base Salary + Commission) for this position is between $55k - $100k.
