Roofing Service Sales Representative

About the Role

CentiMark Corporation is seeking a full-time Roofing Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in the greater Miami area. This role involves developing estimates and growing our business in a fast-paced, multi-faceted commercial roofing environment.

Year-end compensation for this position is between $75k - $100k, consisting of a $55k base salary, $10k draw, and commission.

Responsibilities

• Work with existing customers and opportunities generated through our National Accounts division.
• Market your efforts through prospecting, perform site inspections, generate proposals, and sell commercial/industrial roofing projects.
• Schedule subsequent customer office visits as needed and prepare various progress reports for management.
• Visit clients' facilities, build business relationships, and present information about CentiMark Corporation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction or industrial sales experience is required.
• Commercial roofing experience or knowledge is preferred.
• Experience as a roofing estimator with roofing experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to grow market share.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a tenacious drive to sell and problem-solve.
• Strong mathematics and computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.
• Strong time management and follow-up skills.
