Roofing Sales Trainee – Fort Worth, TX and Dallas

About the Role

We’re looking for a competitive, motivated sales professional ready to build a rewarding career in the growing Fort Worth and North Texas market. This role requires daily travel to Dallas/Lewisville and a willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Confidence approaching homeowners and building trust face-to-face
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven sales process
• Comfort working outdoors and in a high-energy, performance-driven setting

Responsibilities

• Build your pipeline by visiting neighborhoods, knocking on doors, and starting conversations with homeowners
• Identify potential storm and hail damage and help homeowners understand what you discover
• Educate homeowners on roofing options, the restoration process, and project expectations
• Act as the homeowner’s advocate to navigate the insurance claim process and keep projects moving
• Close qualified opportunities and deliver a great customer experience to build lasting relationships
