Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and personal, reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time in the Greater Houston area
  • Comfortable meeting with homeowners and building professional relationships
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Coachable and open to feedback, training, and continuous development
  • Sales, customer service, leadership, military, construction, oil & gas, management, or other professional experience preferred but not required

  • Transitional compensation plan: base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus commission during training.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and personal, reliable transportation
