Requirements
- Valid driver's license and personal, reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Ability to work full-time in the Greater Houston area
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners and building professional relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Coachable and open to feedback, training, and continuous development
- Sales, customer service, leadership, military, construction, oil & gas, management, or other professional experience preferred but not required

- Transitional compensation plan: base pay of $1,600/month ($400/week) plus commission during training.
