The Opportunity

Generate new business through targeted canvassing, referrals, and inbound opportunities
Conduct detailed property inspections and assess storm damage
Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
Build trust and close contracts on high-value residential projects
Meet with insurance adjusters and advocate for proper scope coverage
Maintain clean CRM documentation (notes, photos, follow-ups)
Ensure smooth handoff to production while maintaining client relationships
Develop referral pipelines and local market presence

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in roofing, restoration, or in-home sales
  • Experience closing high-ticket residential deals
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and consultative sales skills
  • Self-driven with consistent follow-up discipline
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working independently in a field environment

Preferred

  • Storm restoration / insurance claim experience
  • Experience working with adjusters and supplements
  • CRM experience (JobNimbus a plus)
  • Existing local network (HOAs, realtors, neighborhoods)

Compensation & Support

  • 100% commission (uncapped)
  • Realistic earnings: $160K – $300K+
