About the role
Shane Fisk Roofing is seeking motivated, competitive, and driven individuals to join our growing team as In-Market Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This is a full-cycle sales opportunity for professionals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, building relationships, and taking ownership of the entire sales process—from prospecting to closing deals.
What You’ll Do
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Be comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive
- Have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Manage the full sales cycle independently
- Conduct roof inspections and identify customer needs
- Build trust and guide customers through the sales process
- Handle objections and confidently close deals
- Manage follow-up communication and customer relationships
- Cook up with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project completion
- Track pipeline activity and sales performance within CRM systems
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For
