About the role

We are hiring experienced, full-cycle Field Sales Representatives to generate, manage, and close roofing and restoration projects. This is a door-to-door and in-home sales role where you will take ownership of the entire sales process—from initial contact to signed contract.

Requirements

• Experience in roofing, storm restoration, or in-home sales
• Proven ability to run full-cycle deals and close
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and in neighborhoods
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
