About the role
This is a high-income sales role for someone who is genuinely motivated by uncapped earning potential and building their own book of business. You'll be out in the field — knocking doors, building relationships with homeowners, and guiding them through the roofing process from inspection to project completion. Shamrock provides the brand, systems, training, and back-end operational support. You bring the hustle.
Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and community networking
- Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage accurately
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and Shamrock's services
- Prepare and present project proposals, close sales, and collect signed contracts
- Manage projects from contract signing through completion, serving as the homeowner's primary point of contact
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project lifecycle to drive referrals and repeat business
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and self-directed lead generation — this is the core of the role
- Able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and lift up to 50 lbs; must not be afraid of heights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're representing the Shamrock brand with every homeowner interaction
- Highly motivated, coachable, and disciplined — you set your own schedule and are accountable for your own results
- Able to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
- 1-2 years prior roofing or construction sales experience
