Construction Services Project Manager
About the role
This position is subject to a preemployment drug test. The Construction Services Project Manager will join the Water Business Group team in Asheville, NC. The ideal candidate will have a technical background in water and wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and pipeline construction.
Responsibilities
- Perform constructability reviews of project designs
- Lead projects during the construction administration phase
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and utility owners
- Coordinate technical specifications and design drawings with the design and construction team
- Perform office and field services during construction
- Direct construction administration services staff
- Support client management activities for the North Carolina Area-based Water/Wastewater team
Requirements
- PE or ability to obtain in North Carolina within 6 months preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in various aspects of construction planning and management, including field engineering, construction submittals, estimating, scheduling, and site safety
- Experience with water/wastewater projects primarily focused on treatment plants, pump stations and pipelines
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Construction Science or closely related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Prolog, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
