Roofing Sales Project Manager

This is a 1099 commission-based position offering an average compensation of $70,000 - $150,000 per year, with top performers potentially earning up to $200,000+. Compensation includes bonuses and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding, and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect money and manage projects from start to finish

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
• A self-starting attitude and go-getter mindset
• Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable transportation, including the ability to carry a ladder and climb a roof
• Must be 21 years old with a completed MVR check

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or construction preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and juggle multiple tasks

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outside and in various weather conditions
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay

$70,000 - $150,000 per year average. Top performers making $200,000+ supplementally.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate door-to-door canvassing and other sales activities. The position requires reliable transportation and the ability to climb a ladder and work on roofs.
