Roofing Sales Project Manager

This is a 1099 commission-based position with compensation averaging $70,000 - $150,000 per year, with top performers potentially earning up to $200,000+. Supportive training program, bonus opportunities, and leadership potential are available.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing, referrals, or storm outreach
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding, and educate homeowners
• Write and close roofing contracts
• Collect money and manage projects from start to finish

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age, with a valid Drivers License
• A self-starting attitude, go-getter mindset
• Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable transportation, able to carry a ladder and lift 50 lbs
• Able to climb a ladder and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented
• Able to juggle multiple tasks at once

Qualifications

• Completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file
• Cell phone for work purposes

Skills

• Outside D2D sales experience
• Ability to work in various weather conditions

Pay

$70,000 - $150,000 per year average. Top Performers making $200,000+ supplementally.
