Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Build lasting relationships with homeowners
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the process
- Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience from first contact to final project
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
- Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
- Able to operate an active LLC and have an Employer Identification Number (EIN), or willing to obtain one
- Previous sales experience is a plus (though not required)
