Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them through the process
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently
• Deliver a top-tier customer experience from first contact to final project

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs
• Able to operate an active LLC and obtain an EIN (if applicable)
• Previous sales experience is a plus (though not required)
