Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage.
- Generate your own opportunities while working company-provided leads.
- Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions.
- Build trust, solve problems, and close sales.
- Safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections.
- Use company technology (CRM, iPad, mobile apps) to manage your pipeline and customer communication.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection through signed contract.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of outside sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, pest control, construction, or similar industries).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely carry ladders weighing up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs as needed.
- Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and mobile technology.
