Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and exterior storm damage
- Generate your own opportunities while working company-provided leads
- Educate homeowners on roofing and exterior restoration solutions
- Build trust, solve problems, and close sales
- Safely climb ladders and perform roof inspections
- Use company technology (CRM, iPad, mobile apps) to manage your pipeline and customer communication
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from inspection through signed contract
Requirements
- 2-4 years of outside sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, solar, pest control, construction, or similar industries)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely carry ladders weighing up to 100 lbs. and climb roofs as needed
- Comfortable using CRM software, iPads, and mobile technology
- Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Physically capable of working outdoors and engaging with new people daily
- Coachable and eager to learn
