The Role

Meet with the team in the morning to strategize. Drive to pre‑booked afternoon/evening appointments. Use our digital software for in‑home demos. Inspect from a ladder or attic (no walking on roofs). Your only job is to show up and close the deal with homeowners who already want to buy, thanks to pre‑set, pre‑qualified appointments.

Compensation

• Earning potential: $125,000 – $250,000 per year.
• Uncapped 100% commission; top reps earn more than $250K.
• Average first‑year earnings: $85,000 – $135,000.
• Fast weekly pay: average $2,500 per sale, paid before installation.
