Responsibilities

• Work with branch management to build and train sub-contractors to execute production following our standards and practices, including the branch safety program.
• Work with vendors to ensure product availability and quality for each contracted job.
• Ensure that all installations meet or exceed the manufacturers' installation requirements through oversight.
• Conduct branch audits to ensure compliance with our standards and practices.
• Administer the branch safety program and ensure compliance with OSHA by providing resources, training, and accountability to all employees to guarantee a safe and healthy work environment.
• Motivate teams to set and achieve branch production goals.
• Ensure warranty issues are resolved.
• Coordinate with Office Administrators to schedule installations, material drop-off, and assist with collections.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through best-in-class delivery, communication, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing complex projects is preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Thorough understanding of current roofing guidelines.
• Must be comfortable with technology and possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work well with others.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with specific deadlines.
• Ability to climb a ladder for roof inspections, scale roofs for inspections, carry ladders (often 50+ lbs), sit and stand for extended periods, and maintain communication with a variety of personnel/customers.
• High school Diploma or GED required.
