About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Market Leader to spearhead our residential roofing expansion across Northwest Arkansas — including Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a skilled team of 5-6 roofing specialists
• Drive business growth throughout the Northwest Arkansas metro area
• Implement training programs for both new and experienced professionals
• Oversee project quality, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
• Establish strong community presence and professional networks

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in roofing or construction
• Deep understanding of Arkansas weather challenges and roofing solutions (storms, hail, humidity)
