What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of roofing professionalsRecruit and develop talent as the market growsBuild and execute growth strategies for Wichita and the surrounding regionProvide hands-on training and mentorship in sales, production, and customer careUphold the highest standards of workmanship and customer service on every jobNavigate local codes, permitting, and building requirements Compensation & Benefits: Base salary plus 60% commission and a lucrative override structure on team productionHealth insurance with partial premium coverage401(k) retirement planCompany truck and equipment providedOngoing professional developmentA growing, stable organization with real advancement potential All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period.
