Roofing Field Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervise multiple production/service crews
Responsible for doing pre-job & post-job inspections
Plan jobs for service crews
Set up and maintain a safe job site
Daily communications with the customer
Plan and execute a successful commercial roofing project
Work closely with the Warehouse Manager in ordering roofing materials for projects

Candidate Qualifications

• Must have a good working knowledge of commercial roofing procedures and safety
• 3+ years’ supervisory/sales experience in roofing/construction
• Experience with commercial roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, Acrylic & Coating Systems
• Requires excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) is required
