About the role
As a Roofing Field Supervisor, you will supervise day-to-day field operations and oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish. This role requires supervising crews, coordinating workflow, and ensuring safety and quality standards are consistently met. You will lead by example, manage daily execution on job sites, and facilitate communication between crews, homeowners, and internal teams while reinforcing customer service expectations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all work is completed as described in the scope of work and safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
- Supervise crew members on all projects, including those involving subcontractors
- Communicate with homeowners as the main point of contact during projects, from start to finish
- Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed
- Identify other necessary repairs, such as roofing and gutters
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Travel daily within the home market
- Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- 1-3 years of industry experience preferred
- Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
Work Environment
- Primarily involves working in the field at work sites
- Must be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders to determine work needs
Driving
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites

- Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks; upon training, 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k
