Roofing Field Supervisor

About the Role

Supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute successful projects. Work closely with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager to order project materials. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting pre-job and post-job inspections, and maintaining paperwork. Daily communication with both customers and employees is required. Year-round work is available, and the majority of our workforce has been with us for over 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple roofing crews to ensure successful project execution
• Plan and coordinate roofing projects
• Order project materials in collaboration with Branch and Warehouse Managers
• Maintain a safe job site and conduct pre-job and post-job inspections
• Handle daily communication with customers and employees
• Maintain project paperwork

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field
• Leadership, management, and project management skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Capability to interpret blueprints (a plus)
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends, holidays, out-of-town travel, and overtime as needed

Pay

$26/hr - $32/hr, based on experience

Schedule

Dayshift hours with growth opportunities. Ability to work weekends, holidays, out-of-town travel, and overtime as needed.
