Roofing Field Supervisor

About the role

Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to; supervise multiple roofing projects; understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details; communicate with all general contractors and trades to ensure a proficient workflow; responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites / facilities; plan and execute a successful project.

Responsibilities

• Travel as needed
• Work overtime as needed

Requirements

• Capability of understanding roofing manufacturer’s specifications
• Capability of reading blueprints
• Experience in Construction/Roofing is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership, management and project management skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
• Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
