Role: Commercial Roofing Estimator Provide accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects to support profitability and uphold high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Review project requirements and interpret plans, specifications, and scope details.Estimate labor, materials, and costs for commercial roofing work.Apply in-depth knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes.Perform cost analysis and prepare detailed, accurate estimate documentation.Coordinate internally to ensure estimates align with quality and feasibility standards.
