Responsibilities

• Assess damage and determine repair needs for roofing, siding, and construction systems.
• Perform repairs and installations on a variety of materials.
• Use hand and power tools relevant to roofing, siding, and carpentry work.
• Read and understand schematics and blueprints.
• Ensure proper alignment during installations.
• Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Proven experience in roofing, siding installation, carpentry, or related construction fields.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing, siding, and carpentry work.
• Strong understanding of trim carpentry and construction techniques is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Knowledge of remodeling and construction processes is a plus.
• Must be able to plumb structures correctly to ensure proper alignment during installations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
