Responsibilities

• Assess damage and determine repair needs
• Perform repairs on a variety of roofing, siding, and construction systems
• Use hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing, siding, and carpentry work
• Read and understand schematics and blueprints
• Ensure proper alignment during installations
• Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements/Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Proven experience in roofing, siding installation, carpentry, or related construction fields
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing, siding, and carpentry work
• Strong understanding of trim carpentry and construction techniques
• Knowledge of remodeling and construction processes
• Able to plumb structures correctly
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
