About the role

This position is responsible for making roofing and carpentry repairs and installations, as well as performing preventive maintenance to all campus buildings.

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Driver's License or ability to obtain one prior to start date
• NC State Inspector's License or the ability to achieve certification within six months of hire

Benefits

• Sign-on Bonus of $4,081 (paid in 2 installments within 12 months of hire): $2,040.50 within 30 days of hire date & $2,040.50 12 months after hire date
