Roofer

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofs for damage and identify necessary repairs
• Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation
• Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and equipment
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety procedures, including fall protection requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Assist with other construction and maintenance projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Certification/License: Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Must understand and demonstrate Canyon Ranch's standards of excellence and meet them in work performance, ensuring the best guest experience. Must have good communication and writing skills; must be able to work with a variety of people. Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Must be able to work well under pressure and with deadlines. Must be able to work productively independently and/or with minimum supervision. Must be able to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Must be knowledgeable in safety regulations and be safety conscious.
