Ronald McDonald Family Room Volunteer-PCH Salt Lake

Job Duties

• Staff the room's front desk and welcome families as they come in.
• Help the team with cleaning, organizing, stocking, making beds, treats, crafts, etc.
• Interact with families as needed.
• Document guest usage and stock supplies.
• Help answer questions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to commit to 100 hours of volunteer service
• Self-motivated and flexible
• Able to work well with diverse populations
• Sensitive to patient and family situations and dynamics
• Maintain and respect professional relationships
• Able to follow directions
• Able to work as part of a team
