Roller/Material Handler

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our fabrication shop team. This role involves operating machinery, including overhead cranes and material rolling equipment, with on-the-job training provided. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Plate Roller and the capability to work with various types of manipulative metal.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate equipment in a fabrication shop environment
• Operate overhead cranes and material rolling machinery
• Roll plate and angle materials
• Operate a wheelabrator blasting machine
• Handle and manipulate metal materials

Requirements

• Experience as a Plate Roller is highly desirable
• Must meet physical requirements to complete job duties unassisted
• Ability to be trained to operate machinery, including plate rolling and blasting equipment
• Experience with metal forming or any type of manipulative metal work
