Material Handler

About the role

In this role, you will follow Product Manifesting Instructions (PMIs), Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), schedules, and customer/job instructions to complete daily material tasks. You will operate material-handling equipment (fork trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and correctly. Additionally, you will perform packaging, picking, put-away, labeling, and shipping/receiving tasks accurately. You will ensure inventory accuracy through basic math, documentation, and transaction processing. You will maintain a safe, organized work environment by following all safety policies and procedures. You will use software systems to process work orders, receiving, and other material transactions; cross-train as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• A High School Diploma / GED is required
• You must be able to read, comprehend and understand work instructions
• You must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; Oracle and Wavefront preferred
• You are capable of lifting up to 40lbs
