Roll Off Driver

Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont is currently searching for an experienced roll‑off driver to join our team! Redbox+ Dumpsters of BucksMont holds a patented design for a combination portable toilet and dumpster, making our containers the most efficient and innovative in the market. We are a small, family‑owned company supported by a larger franchise team, dedicated to offering exceptional service to our customers and their customers. The ideal candidate is a friendly, timely, and safe self‑starter who maintains close relationships with project managers, respects homeowners and their property, safely operates a specially equipped 2020‑or‑newer Kenworth automatic tandem‑axle truck, manages time appropriately, loves logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job‑sites safely
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform Safety Pre‑Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Empty containers at disposal sites
• Clean/Service portable toilets using vac‑tank system (owner assists)
• Secure tarp containers during transports
• Empty wastewater tank at disposal sites
• Work up to 10‑hour days when work is available

Qualifications

• Must have roll‑off experience
• Must be 21 years of age
• Must provide a current vehicle driver’s license and access to driving record
• Good driving record
• Valid/Current Class B CDL with knowledge of air brakes
• Familiarity with Bucks & Montgomery counties
• Education background not required

Skills

• Excellent time‑management skills to ensure punctuality
• Safe vehicle operation in all weather conditions
• Navigation of high‑traffic roads, driveways, and tight overhead environments
• Highly skilled backing and maneuvering, sometimes necessary
• Professional, courteous interactions with customers and the public
