Roll Grab Operator

About the role

As a Roll Grab Operator at DHL Supply Chain, you will safely operate an industrial forklift and perform material handler duties, including loading, unloading, stacking, staging, and palletizing products. This role is essential to our fast-paced, team-oriented, and safety-focused warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, or clamp) and other power equipment.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment or production, ensuring accurate counts and types of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Verify load accuracy, check for stability and product damage, and report variances.
• Change equipment battery or LP tank and monitor power sources.
• Maintain facility equipment and materials in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Assist in physical inventories and complete daily equipment inspections.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Six months of warehouse experience (preferred).
• Experience operating a heavy-duty clamp lift and performing material handler duties.
• Good work history and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Pay

Starting pay: $24.25 per hour. PM Shift differential: $2.00/HR Monday–Thursday nights, $3.00/HR Friday–Sunday nights.

Schedule

PM Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, rotating on a 3-2-2 schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
