What You Will Do

• Integrate sensors (camera, LiDAR, IMU, wheel odometry) and implement sensor fusion pipelines for robust state estimation.
• Develop simulation-first workflows (Gazebo/Ignition, Isaac Sim, Webots, or similar) and drive sim-to-real validation.
• Create automated QA evaluation for robotics behaviors: regression tests, scenario playback, and safety assertions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve robotics perception performance loops (data collection, labeling specs, error analysis).

Core Qualifications

• Mid-senior experience shipping robotics software to production or advanced prototypes with measurable reliability.
• Strong C++ and Python skills with clean architecture, profiling, and debugging practices.
• Hands-on ROS/ROS2 experience (nodes, TF frames, message timing, real-time constraints).
• Solid fundamentals in SLAM, motion planning, and control systems.
• Computer vision and sensor fusion experience (calibration, depth, detection/tracking).
• Comfortable owning test plans, QA evaluation, and release readiness.

Remote Work Details

• This is a full-time Remote role with asynchronous collaboration, structured documentation, issue tracking, and CI pipelines to ensure predictable delivery and QA outcomes.
