Robotics Field Service Technician — Injection Molding Automation

About the role

The Robotics Field Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services for injection molding automation systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to injection molding automation systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery
• Document findings and actions taken during service calls
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar field
• Proficiency with industrial automation systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs and other control systems
• Knowledge of injection molding processes
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay
