About the role

The Robotics Field Engineer I-IV is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to robotics systems
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of robotics equipment
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to customer sites across North Carolina
  • Document and report on findings from field visits and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in robotics or related field
  • Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial robots
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Knowledge of robotics systems and components
  • Experience with industrial automation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 annually
