About the role
The Robotics Field Engineer I-IV is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to customers in the field.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to robotics systems
- Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of robotics equipment
- Travel up to 75% of the time to customer sites across North Carolina
- Document and report on findings from field visits and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in robotics or related field
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial robots
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of robotics systems and components
- Experience with industrial automation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
