Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues within Nimble's fleet of order-fulfilling robots.
- Alleviate operational issues by debugging Nimble's robotics and fulfillment software.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation in collaboration with support and engineering teams, building a comprehensive guide for system operation and issue resolution.
- Use a data-driven approach to help prioritize system improvements.
- Provide timely support to operations teams to enhance system and robot metrics.
Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in a production environment supporting and improving complex robotics systems, or a minimum of 2 years of experience combined with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Robotics.
- Strong technical curiosity and debugging skills, including the ability to read technical logs and interpret data.
- Proficiency in using SQL to analyze production data.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication and documentation.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Preference for hands-on experience with robotics fleet management and autonomous logistics.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work on-call/stand-by, weekends and holidays as needed
- Work location is in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures including cold, heat and humidity
